The Moving Room is an Online yoga experience with over 170 pre-recorded classes, a weekly zoom practice, POP up yoga classes in Brunswick, workshops and RETREATS in Byron Bay.

THE Online Brunswick yoga experience

We offer inclusive yoga for all levels, Vinyasa, Foundation for beginners, restorative and Yin, workshops and wellbeing events. Our signature Moving Flow is an uplifting and invigorating practice combining creative sequencing with music and inspiration.


Moving Flow

This Vinyasa-inspired class is creatively sequenced to move your body, mind and spirit. Linking breath with movement while focusing on alignment and lineage, this class celebrates the joy of moving on a mat. Includes optional inversions with instruction and guidance (headstand, handstand, forearm balance, shoulderstand)

70 minutes. Designed for yogis with some experience .


Foundation

Build strength, balance and flexibility while establishing the foundations of a yoga practice. Explore the poses, learn how to link breath with movement and develop greater body awareness.

60 minutes. Suitable for absolute beginners and new yogis. 


Brunswick Flow

This class is named after the suburb we love, because like Brunswick it’s a little bit of this and a little bit of that. Explore different aspects of a yoga practice beyond the poses. Deepen your understanding, awareness and most importantly potential in this energising and enlightening class.

70minutes. Suitable for all levels – we recommend taking a few foundation classes prior for new yogis.


Mindful Yin

Bring yourself deep into relaxation. Each posture works to release tension and fatigue. soften the body and still the mind. This restorative class is a wonderful complement to your Vinyasa practice. 

90 minutes. Designed for all levels.


Love Moves - a blend of Moving Flow and Mindful Yin

This beautifully blended session combines both the Yin and Yang aspects of a yoga practice. Mobilise, energise and strengthen with a Vinyasa flow (Yang) – unwind, soften and slow down in longer held seated poses (Yin). This mix is relaxing and deeply rejuvenating.

2 hours. Suitable for all levels .


Moving Stretch

This class is an opportunity to strengthen and lengthen the entire body. Open, soften and undo tension. Experience the profound benefits of cultivating balance, stability and flexibility in all areas of your body. This class is playful, explorative and insightful – love what you move and how you move.

70 minutes. Designed for all levels with variations given – we recommend taking a few foundation classes prior for new yogis.



Moving Room Private Sessions

Enhance and deepen your practice, or simply a great way to begin your yoga journey. These sessions are created for you, either on your own, with a friend or in a small group.
