The Moving Room is an Online yoga experience with over 170 pre-recorded classes, a weekly zoom practice, POP up yoga classes in Brunswick, workshops and RETREATS in Byron Bay.

POP up classes are at Moss Studios, 101 Evans St Brunswick. Subscribe for updates.

Online Mover Membership

$49 per month

(monthly subscription)
includes access to the App & Zoom Classes

Paid access to the App includes:

  • The full library of online classes from The Moving Room

  • View classes from your mobile, tablet, iPad, computer or TV

  • A weekly intention, new Spotify playlists and latest updates

  • New classes uploaded regularly

  • Highlight favourite classes, mark classes as watched and make notes about classes for future reference

  • Comment and chat with other yogis

Adding the app to your home screen for easy access from your device

  • On iPhone or iPad, from Safari, tap on the share icon (the small square with the arrow on the bottom panel), then scroll until you see ‘Add to Home Screen’ then tap

  • On Android tap the menu icon (3 dots) then tap ‘Add to Home screen’

  • On your computer, from Chrome, click the plus icon on the right of the address bar. Click Install. When the app is open, click ‘Show Fullscreen’

Logging into the App

  • If you have a a Google Account tap ‘Sign in with Google’

  • Or sign in with your email address. You will be sent a code in your email. Enter the code into the app to gain access

  • Note: if you want to sign in with a different email than you have previously signed up for classes with, please email Trudy.

  • Any classes you have favourited, marked as taken, or had notes recorded against will show here

Menu

  • Your profile – add a photo if you would like, all Mover Members can see your profile pic in the Chat

  • Online Events – all live Zoom class details will be available for you to book. Casual movers can pay for individual Zoom classes.

  • Studio Classes – a link to the booking page on the website

  • Chat – Mover Members can chat with other mover members – all chats will be visible to other members

Filter and Search

  • Tap the filter icon (funnel) to filter by each class type or show all classes

  • Search for any text in the name, description, or even your notes

Classes

  • Play the class video

    • Open the video full screen by clicking the expand icon on the right of the controls and turn your device to landscape

    • From iOS you can airplay the video to your TV

    • From Android you can click the Open in Vimeo App link to then Chromecast to your TV

  • Click the heart icon to favourite this class to come back to it later

  • Toggle ‘I have taken this class’ to remind you that you have completed the class

  • Add notes about the class (notes visible to you, Trudy, and app admins)

  • Email Trudy with feedback about this specific class
